The building is 84 percent leased.
Trammell Crow Co. and Clarion Partners have broken ground on the second phase of the Fallbrook Pines Business Park on Fallbrook Drive near Beltway 8 and Texas 249 in northwest Houston. A 291,606-square-foot cross-dock building and a 368,467-square-foot cross-dock building are scheduled for completion in November. CBRE’s Faron Wiley and Joseph Smith are handling leasing. The project team includes Powers Brown Architecture and Rosenberger Construction.
CT Commercial Holdings, an Austin-based paper products company, has leased 38,220 square feet at 13423 S. Gessner. The company will be moving out of and subleasing its 20,000-square-foot location at 6004 Griggs Road. NAI Partners’ Darren O’Conor and Jake Wilkinson represented the tenant. United General Hospital has signed a lease for nearly a quarter of the space at 7501 Fannin. Zach Leger, Jacob Aldridge and Rani Jones of NAI Partners represented the landlord, Cambridge Properties. David Greenberg at Greenberg & Co. represented the tenant in the 44,569-square-foot lease.
R&R Contracting has leased 22,400 square feet of commercial/industrial space at 3108 N. Texas 146, Baytown. Wade Sinclair of Claire Sinclair Properties handled the lease.
Jackson Complex LLC has acquired 1218 Jackson, a recently renovated, 26-unit apartment complex in Montrose. Kelly Layne of HFF arranged acquisition financing through Freddie Mac.
